The Power of Dance 2010 launches with Lawrie McMenemy at West Quay, Southampton on 29th May 2010!

We are proud to announce that Lawrie McMenemy, MBE ex-Southampton Football Coach will be the new patron of the Jade Millington Performers dance group.

Lawrie has had a distinguished career in coaching clubs to success, now heavily involved in charitable works, and is now the Chairman of Special Olympics Great Britain

Lawrie was a guest of the 2009 Power of Dance performance at the Nuffield Theatre, Southampton, and was a great sport, taking part in the after-show party, having photos taken with many of the dancers.

This year's Power of Dance will take place on October 26th at the Southampton Guidlhall, and to celebrate the launch, we'll be performing once more at the West Quay Shopping Centre in Southampton, on May 29th.
